Refund Policy

Absolute Non-Refundable Policy

All challenge and evaluation fees are strictly non-refundable under every circumstance. Purchase of a challenge is final. Fees are not refunded for breach, failure, cancellation, inactivity, dissatisfaction, technical issues, or identity/KYC outcomes.

No Exceptions

There are no partial refunds, chargeback-friendly cancellations, or fee credits after payment clears. Starting or failing to start trading does not create a refund right. KYC rejection voids related challenges without refund.

Disputes

If you believe a billing error occurred (duplicate charge), open a support ticket from your account dashboard. Opening a ticket does not create a right to a challenge-fee refund.

Acknowledgement

By purchasing a challenge you acknowledge that the fee is a non-refundable evaluation access charge, not a deposit, and that no refund will be issued to the original payment method. See Trading Rules §2.
