1. Nature of Services
This platform is a simulated trading environment. All evaluation and funded accounts run in simulation; only some firm-side orders may be sent to the real market for internal risk management.
- Amounts paid to traders are performance rewards based on simulated results — not a share of live trading profits.
- SMP Fund is not a broker, not a custodian, and holds no trader capital. The fee you pay is an access fee for the evaluation and reward program.
- An evaluation account is only a skill-assessment tool and creates no guarantee of future profitability.
- Displayed prices come from a reputable price source; spreads and slippage are designed to reflect realistic market conditions.
2. Membership & Acceptance
- Minimum age: 18.
- Services are not offered to citizens/residents of restricted countries (list managed in admin settings; see Restricted Countries).
- KYC is required before a funded account is issued (and therefore before funded payouts). It is not required before purchase or starting an evaluation.
- Failed/mismatched KYC or discovered breach history voids related challenges with no refund. Passing evaluation alone does not guarantee a funded account.
- Multiple concurrent challenges by one person are allowed; no cap on active evaluation accounts.
- At purchase, device technical data and paying wallet are recorded on the user file.
- Trading platform chosen at purchase is locked thereafter.
- Challenge purchase and reward payouts are crypto-only.
- Fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
- One person may hold only one profile; multiple profiles are fraud.
3. Evaluation Packages
Three packages are offered. None has a time limit. Prices are shown on the site / managed in admin by account size.

4. Basic Definitions
4.1 Trading day
A trading day is a calendar day (server timezone) on which at least one position was opened with risk ≥ 0.25% of initial balance. P&L and whether the position is still open at end of day do not matter. Below the threshold does not count. On a $10,000 account the minimum risk is $25.
4.2 Risk
Risk equals maximum potential loss from entry to stop-loss versus initial balance (not raw volume). The 3% cap applies to combined open risk of all open positions, not each trade in isolation; exceeding it triggers a yellow flag and profit strip on those trades. A position without SL after 3 minutes is treated as 100% account risk (yellow flag + email; trade stays open; profitable profit is removed). Hedged legs on the same symbol sum (do not net). Commission is excluded from open-trade risk.
4.3 Timezone
Daily loss, news windows, reward cycles, and all time windows use the trading server clock (shown in the trader panel), not the trader's local time.
5. Risk Management
Exceeding either hard ceiling auto-terminates the account without prior warning.
- Daily loss (hard): max drop in a calendar day vs start-of-day balance, including closed + floating. Prime 5%, Rapid 3% (admin-configurable). Instant has no separate daily rule in the package table.
- Max total loss (hard): vs initial balance; static floor (Prime 10%, Rapid 6%, Instant 6% trailing as packaged).
- Combined open-trade risk 3%: yellow flag + profit strip — does not hard-terminate. No SL after 3 minutes → yellow + email; trade stays open; profitable profit removed.
- Margin: no hard margin-% limit; ~20–30% usage is advisory only.
6. Instruments, Leverage & Conditions
Leverage is the same in evaluation and funded stages. Yellow flags do not change account leverage.
- Forex 1:30 · Metals 1:10 · Energy 1:5 · Crypto 1:1 (typically BTC/ETH only as listed on the platform).
- No hard lot-size cap; max ~2,000 server requests/day.
- Spreads are floating; full symbol specs are shown in the platform.
7. Swap & Commission
- Swap is charged at the start of the new trading day on the server clock per market convention, included in daily and total loss calculations. Rates are shown per symbol in the platform. Overnight holding is a trading decision; swap can contribute to a daily-loss breach.
- Commission is charged as published by the broker connection and/or admin settings (do not rely on placeholder amounts). Commission counts toward daily/total loss but not toward open-trade risk.
8. Hedging, Correlation & Copy
- Same-symbol long+short in one account is allowed but risks sum (do not net) for the 3% cap.
- Opposite exposure on configured correlated pairs → yellow flag + profit strip.
- Hedging across challenges of the same customer when any account is funded: first time yellow + strip; repeat → hard fail of that customer's funded accounts. Eval-only same-customer hedge is generally allowed.
- Hedging with external prop firms / cross-customer coordinated hedges involving funded accounts: hard breach.
- Copy-trading or mirroring between different customers on funded accounts: hard breach. Own-eval copy is allowed.
See also Hedging Policy and Restricted Practices.
9. Automation
- Any tool that opens new orders (EA/bot/script) requires the purchased Automation addon plus registration (tool name, logic brief, avg trades/day, avg hold, exclusive-use confirmation). Tools that only manage existing positions (position sizer, auto-SL trail, partial close) are always allowed.
- Using an EA without the addon → yellow flag + profit strip. Incomplete registration after the published grace period may also yellow-flag.
- Hard breaches regardless of addon: latency/price-feed arbitrage, multi-user shared EAs/strategies, HFT abuse.
See EA / Bot Policy.
10. News Trading
- News window: ±15 minutes around high-impact events on the site economic calendar (server time). Open or close in the window counts as news trading.
- Prime & Rapid: allowed; only 40% of profit counts; 100% of loss counts.
- Instant: news trading not allowed (blocked).
- Latency arbitrage / feed-error abuse around news remains prohibited on all packages.
See News Trading Policy.
11. Extreme Market Conditions
Spreads are floating; widening in low-liquidity hours is normal. In abnormal volatility/liquidity the firm may widen spreads, temporarily reject new opens on a symbol, or halt trading on that symbol. Existing open positions remain manageable/closable and are not auto-voided. Daily/total loss rules continue to apply. This clause is not used to void already-closed trades, cancel a passed challenge, or deny/delay a payout request solely because of extreme-market measures.
12. Overnight, Weekend & Gaps
- Holding positions overnight and over the weekend is allowed on all packages.
- Allowance does not waive daily or max-total loss rules.
- Gaps on reopen that breach those ceilings still hard-fail the account; excess loss beyond the floor is never a debt owed by the trader.
13. Consistency (Best-Day Rule)
No single trading day may exceed 35% of net closed profit for the phase/reward cycle on Prime/Rapid, or 30% on Instant. Only closed trades count. After a successful payout the cycle resets. Exceeding the cap is not a yellow flag and does not close the account or block challenge pass. It only blocks withdrawals until the share is diluted. The system shows how much additional profit is needed to clear the gate.
14. Yellow Flag System
- Max 3 yellow flags per account; the 3rd is a red flag and terminates that account (no fee refund; funded accrued rewards unpaid).
- Triggers include: combined open-trade risk > 3%; no SL within 3 minutes / removed SL; volume increase after two consecutive losses on the same symbol; correlated hedging; first funded cross-challenge hedge; funded short-hold pattern (>30% of accrued profit from trades < 2 minutes — strip that short-hold profit); EA without addon. Best-day profit share over the published cap is not a yellow flag — it only blocks withdrawals until diluted.
- On every yellow: strip violating profits where that rule strips profit; keep losses.
- Yellow flags do not change account leverage. Broker/demo leverage stays as issued.
- Flags are per-account; history stays on the user file and can reduce future funded size/risk caps (challenge purchase stays unrestricted).
15. Hard Breach & Fraud
- Hard breach (immediate terminate that account, no refund): daily/total loss breach; 3rd yellow; hedging with external props; latency/HFT automation abuse.
- Fraud / coordinated activity (terminate all accounts + permanent ban): repeat funded cross-hedge; multi-user coordination; arbitrage; fake identity / multi-profiles; copy between persons; shared logins; exploiting platform bugs.
- Termination email cites the rule and evidence. Appeal within 7 days; review within 5 business days.
- Detection may occur later; delayed discovery is not acceptance. Identity ties document, email, wallets, and device/network data. History never clears with new purchases.
16. Funded Accounts & Scaling
- Funded account activates within 48 hours after KYC approval and passing the last evaluation stage.
- Risk rules match evaluation; leverage matches evaluation. Yellow flags do not change leverage.
- Initial maximum active funded allocation per person: typically $100,000. Scaling under the published ladder may raise caps (program maximums may extend higher where offered). Scaling does not create a live brokerage account.
- Best-day and risk metrics are per account.
See Scaling Plan.
17. Payout Cycle
- First payout: minimum 21 calendar days after this challenge is funded; thereafter 14-day cooldown.
- Caps vs initial balance: payouts 1–2 ≤ 3%; 3–4 ≤ 5%; 5+ unlimited. Minimum $50 per funded account (profits from two accounts cannot be combined).
- Each payout is charged a flat $5 withdrawal fee, deducted from the amount sent. Crypto network fees are separate and borne by the trader.
- After successful PAID: the withdrawn profit is subtracted from the challenge book on the same demo account. MetaTrader balance is not reset. Remaining challenge profit stays withdrawable after cooldown.
- Soft cancel: all positions must be closed at request; opening a new trade cancels a pending payout (or profit-share upgrade) without hard freeze or account fail.
- KYC required. Crypto wallets only; accepted networks as configured in admin/platform.
See Payout Policy.
18. Profit Share Ladder
Default starting trader share of simulated profit: 80%. Upgrades to 85% and 90% under the published ladder (gross cumulative progress + time + consistency; 90% also requires a profitable last cycle). Upgrade is requested by the trader (not automatic); soft-cancel rules apply while pending. New share applies only to profit earned after approval. Ladder is per account and resets if the account is terminated.
19. Inactivity & Account Security
- Evaluation: 30 consecutive days without trading → auto-close, no refund.
- Funded: 60 consecutive days without trading → deactivate; settle eligible pending/accrued rewards via payout, then close.
- Sharing login credentials is a hard breach. Trader is responsible for credential security.
See Inactivity Policy.
20. Legal, Status Page & Rule Changes
- Personal/financial data are kept confidential except with consent or legal requirement.
- Trading involves substantial risk; the trader alone is responsible for decisions. Evaluation is skill assessment only.
- Fees are non-refundable. These rules are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- The public System Status page is the official channel for technical/market notices (news calendar, feed issues, maintenance, extreme-market limits, server-time changes).
- Rules may change with or without prior notice; anti-abuse/fraud changes may apply immediately to active accounts. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance for future activity.
21. Support
- Support is available via tickets (and online chat where offered) from your account dashboard, plus [email protected] and Telegram.
- Account-termination appeals must be filed within 7 days; review within 5 business days with a reasoned response citing evidence.
