Evaluation Accounts
Evaluation accounts with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days are auto-failed/closed (a refund or reset only with admin approval). Before that, after 10 days without a trade you get a reminder and the account is shown as deactivated (credentials hidden) until you reactivate it from My challenges; a second reminder follows at 20 days. Reminders are not yellow flags.
Funded Accounts
Funded accounts must remain active with trading activity within 60 days. After the limit the account is deactivated so pending and accrued rewards can be settled via payout where eligible, then closed. Shared-login abuse is prohibited. Extended leave may be arranged with support in advance. See Trading Rules §19.
