Open a support ticket

Use tickets for account-specific issues (login, provisioning delay, KYC files). Rules questions are often already in FAQ and Trading Rules.

  1. Step 1

    Account → Tickets

    Start a new ticket, pick a topic, paste the challenge ID and the exact server/login if it is a connection issue. Screenshots of MT5 error text help more than a retake of the whole desktop.
