Log in to MetaTrader 5

When we issue your challenge, copy Login, Password, and Server from Credentials, install MT5, then File → Login to Trade Account.

  1. Step 1

    Copy the three fields from the vault

    Open Account → Credentials. Use Reveal (site password or email code) to show the trading password. Copy Login, Server, and Password exactly. The challenge page shows login and server only.

    Install MT5 from the download row

    On the same Credentials page, use the Windows / macOS / Android / iOS (or web terminal) links for MetaTrader 5. Install the official terminal — do not type a random broker from the MT5 first-run wizard.

    File → Login to Trade Account

    In the MT5 window the menus stay in English: File → Login to Trade Account. On some builds it is Open an Account — choose login to an existing trade account, not a new demo from MetaQuotes.

  4. Step 4

    Login, password, then search the server

    Paste Login and Password. In Server, search the exact name from the vault (including any suffix). Select that row — a close name from another broker will not connect to your challenge.

    Stay private on your own terminal

    Sharing login details is a hard breach. If the connection fails, re-copy the three fields and the server spelling, then open a ticket — do not keep retrying random servers.

Credentials vault

This is the only place in the panel that can show the trading password. Reveal requires your site password or an email code.

After you pay: wait, then log in

Payment confirmation is not MetaTrader access. Credentials appear in the vault and by email when the demo account is ready (often within 24 hours).

Log in to MetaTrader 4

Same three fields as MT5, in the MT4 desktop or mobile app: File → Login to Trade Account, then the exact server from Credentials.
