After you pay: wait, then log in

Payment confirmation is not MetaTrader access. Credentials appear in the vault and by email when the demo account is ready (often within 24 hours).

    Order shows paid

    On the order page you get a green checklist: payment confirmed, then provisioning. Open My challenges — status may still say preparing.

    Watch email + Credentials

    When the account is assigned you get a credentials-ready email. Open Account → Credentials. Login and server also show on the challenge card; the password is only in the vault (and that email).

    Then open the platform guide

    Do not guess the server. Copy the three fields, install MT5 (or your locked platform), and follow the illustrated login steps.
