- Step 1
Find the order and read the checklist
Sign in and open Orders. That list is your receipts. Open the latest order. You should see a checklist: payment confirmed, then provisioning (we are creating the trading account), then credentials.
Also open My challenges. Status may still say preparing / pending. That means: money was received, MetaTrader is not ready. Do not install a random broker in MetaTrader while you wait.
If the order never turns paid, confirm you sent the exact coin and network. Then use order support or Tickets and include the order number.

When credentials appear: three fields only
You receive an email that trading credentials are ready. Then open Credentials. Each live account is a card with Login (a number), Server (a name you must search inside MetaTrader), and Password (hidden until you tap Reveal — website password or email code).
The challenge card on My challenges often shows login and server too, but not the password. Never type a server you guessed from YouTube.
Next: Log in to MetaTrader 5 (File → Login to Trade Account). If 24 hours passed and the vault is still empty, open Tickets with the order id from Orders.

Do not guess the server
Copy Login, Password, and Server exactly from Credentials. Install the platform named on that card (usually MT5). Follow the illustrated steps in Log in to MetaTrader 5.
Still waiting? Check Orders and My challenges twice a day, not every five minutes. Refresh does not speed provisioning.

After you pay: wait, then copy trading login
A green paid order is not MetaTrader. We still have to create the demo account. When it is ready you get an email and three fields appear in Credentials. Often this takes up to about 24 hours.
