- Step 1
Open Breaches and match it to Trading Rules
Open Breaches. You see open accounts with a warning count, then a history of events. Each row names a rule (daily loss, news window, consistency, …), a threshold, and the actual value.
Look up that same chapter on Trading Rules. For news times, also open News calendar — our clock, not your phone.
Yellow usually keeps the account open after stripping profit on the bad trades. Red usually means closed. Details stay on this page even if MetaTrader still looks logged in.

If you think the row is wrong
Do not open new trades “to recover” after red. Check My challenges status. If the page offers an appeal and the window is still open, follow that button. Otherwise open Tickets with the breach time, trade id, and a screenshot of the row — not a theory about the market.
Resetting a failed test (if eligible) is Challenge reset, not an appeal.

Breaches page: what happened to the account
This list is the official log of yellow warnings and red closures. Read the rule name, time, and numbers. Do not keep trading after a hard breach. Appeals exist only when the page says so.
