Reset a challenge

Eligible failed or finished accounts can be bought again at a discount. After payment the old demo is closed and new credentials are issued.

    Open Challenge reset

    In the account sidebar open Challenge reset. Only listed accounts are eligible. If the page says the feature is unavailable, wait or open a ticket — do not pay a second full-price challenge unless you intend to.

    Pay the discounted checkout

    Requesting a reset creates a short-lived personal coupon. Complete crypto checkout before it expires. The old account is then closed; new login details appear in Credentials and by email — same wait as a first purchase.
