1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SMP Fund's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Nature of Our Services
SMP Fund provides a skill-assessment and simulated trading service. All trader evaluation accounts and all "funded" accounts made available to traders are simulated — they do not hold or trade the trader's real money, and they are not custodial brokerage accounts. References to "funding," "funded accounts," or similar terms describe access to a simulated account under our program rules after a successful evaluation, not a deposit of real capital with the trader.
Separately, the firm may selectively mirror (copy-trade) some orders on its own live accounts for internal risk management. That firm-side live activity does not make the trader's account a live brokerage account and does not make SMP Fund the trader's broker or custodian.
SMP Fund is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or custodian. Challenge fees are an access fee for participation in the evaluation/simulated program. Any payouts are performance rewards calculated on simulated results under the published payout policy — not withdrawals of trading profits from a live brokerage balance. 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not a citizen/resident of a restricted jurisdiction (list managed in admin settings; see Restricted Countries). KYC is required before a funded account is issued (and therefore before funded payouts), not before purchase. One person may hold only one profile. Challenge fees are crypto-only and non-refundable. 4. Account Rules
All accounts are subject to the trading rules and objectives published at the time of purchase, including maximum daily loss, maximum overall loss, and minimum trading day requirements.
5. Payments & Fees
All challenge fees are one-time access fees for the evaluation/simulated program, processed via the cryptocurrency methods listed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable between accounts, and are not trading deposits or brokerage margin. See Refund Policy.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in breach of these terms or our Restricted Practices policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
SMP Fund is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. For company details, see Company Info.
9. Rule Changes
We may update trading rules, risk parameters, payout schedules, and these terms to reflect operational, regulatory, or market conditions. Material changes will be published on the website and/or the public System Status page. Continued use of the services after a published change constitutes acceptance of the updated rules for future activity. Changes do not retroactively void previously completed evaluations or paid performance rewards except where required by law or where a rule breach is discovered.
