Log in to MetaTrader 4 (only if your card says MT4)

MT4 is a different program from MT5. Use it only when Credentials says MT4. The three fields and File → Login to Trade Account work the same way.

  1. Step 1

    Check the platform name before you install anything

    Open Credentials. If the card says MT5, installing MT4 will not log you into the challenge. Use Log in to MetaTrader 5 instead.

    Same File menu, same three fields

    In MT4: File → Login to Trade Account. Paste Login and Password from Credentials. Search the exact server name. On the phone app: add account, then search the same server.

Website Sign in and MetaTrader login are two different doors. After we issue the account, copy three fields from Credentials, install official MT5, then File → Login to Trade Account and search the exact server name.
