Log in to cTrader (only if the card says cTrader)

If you bought MT5, cTrader will not work. Confirm the word cTrader on Credentials, download from that row, and sign in with the issued login — not a personal cTrader ID unless we printed it.

    Download cTrader from the vault page

    Open Credentials. The card must say cTrader. If it says MT5, open Log in to MetaTrader 5 instead. Use desktop or mobile download on that row only. Overview of names: Platforms.

    Sign in with issued details only

    Paste login and password from Reveal on Credentials. Pick the broker/server shown on the card. If cTrader asks for an email ID, use only what we printed in the vault — not the email from Sign in unless they are identical on the card.

Log in to MetaTrader 5 (first time ever)

Website Sign in and MetaTrader login are two different doors. After we issue the account, copy three fields from Credentials, install official MT5, then File → Login to Trade Account and search the exact server name.

Credentials vault: where the MetaTrader password lives

This is the only panel page that can show the trading password. Reveal asks for extra proof (site password or email code). Never paste that password into any other website.
